Chair alarm
The standard chair alarm can be installed in almost any chair. The sensor mat is placed on the seat of the chair, under the rump.
The electronic box can be attached to the back of the (wheel) chair. If the resident / patient stands up, and thus the pressure on
the sensor mat reduced or disappears, after about 3 seconds (the delay to prevent false alarms is adjustable) the alarm occurred.
The system is powered by a battery.
S.36z
Chair alarm for emergency nurse call
The chair emergency nurse call is equivalent to the standard seat alarm but can be connected to a nurse call.
However, this does not work with a wheelchair but only with stationary chairs. The sensor mat is placed on the seat of the chair,
under the rump. The lead from the sensor mat is placed in the emergency nurse call system.
If the resident / patient leaves the chair, in about 3 seconds (the delay is adjustable and is to prevent false alarms), the alarm will be activated.
